Dayshut Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Reachwise AI Limited ("we", "us"), the maker of Dayshut. By using Dayshut you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Dayshut does
Dayshut locks apps you choose at bedtime, using Apple's Screen Time, until you complete a two-minute Brush Check. It is a habit tool, not a medical device, and it doesn't give medical or dental advice.
Calls, messages, alarms and emergency calls are never locked. You can always use an emergency unlock, pause Dayshut, or remove its Screen Time permission in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions
- Dayshut requires a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trials: any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or your Dayshut account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your account
You can use Dayshut without an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you're responsible for keeping that account secure. You can delete your Dayshut account at any time in Settings.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Dayshut. That means you must not:
- reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows;
- interfere with its servers or other people's use of it;
- use it for anything unlawful.
Your content
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Dayshut for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Dayshut reliable but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Locking depends on Apple's Screen Time, which can change. We may update Dayshut and these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app first.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, we're not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- anything caused by apps being locked or not locked when you expected, such as a missed notification.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Dayshut in the 12 months before the claim.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Dayshut or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
